I Choose Light because...
Light is so important to our human well-being, our interactions with other people and spaces, yet its
importance is so often over-looked. You need the light to draw contrast with the dark and it is in finding the
balance of these two fundamental elements that true beauty is revealed.
It is ironic that if people are engaged and immersed within a space but don’t notice the lighting design then as a
lighting designer you have achieved your goal.
