I have always been intrigued by the many facets of design, but light became my medium of choice because it captures the ephemeral and makes it tangible. Like the gradients of light and shadow, there is no black and white solution to “good” lighting, and I fi nd that endlessly interesting and something worthy of pursuit. With so much of modern life being virtual, it is very rewarding to help make the built environment a more humanistic and live-in experience, which is why I aspire to a long and fulfi lling career ahead.
