Jeff Shaw is an Associate Director at Arup in London and a key member of the firm’s lighting design leadership. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has led lighting for iconic projects including the Millennium Bridge, Tate Modern, Prada Tokyo, Louvre-Lens, and the Beijing National Stadium. He’s also worked on major infrastructure like the Elizabeth Line and Riyadh Metro. A strong advocate for lighting education, Jeff is a trustee of the Lighting Education Trust and active in the Worshipful Company of Lightmongers. He’s currently authoring a new SLL guide on creative lighting design, due in 2025.
